Armond Marcarian

Mr. Marcarian obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California in 1987 and practiced as a registered pharmacist for 14 years before entering law practice. Armond’s education, training, and experience in pharmacy provide him with a uniquely skilled perspective and the expertise required to represent victims of dangerous and unsafe drugs and pharmaceuticals, as well as negligence by medical providers. As a result of his multi-disciplinary training, Mr. Marcarian has successfully defended pharmacists and litigated on their behalf. In addition, Armond Marcarian is a member of the exclusive Vaccine Bar, representing petitioners for vaccine-related injuries before the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.

Ask Armond about his favorite type of case, and he will reply, “The David-versus-Goliath case.” That is why the MARCARIAN LAW FIRM slogan, “The Power Equalizers™” was coined. True to his passion, Mr. Marcarian successfully litigates class actions and other forms of complex litigation. On occasion, the trial court finds against a Marcarian Law client. Armond Marcarian has taken several of those cases to California’s Court of Appeal, one of which resulted in a published opinion (ARP Pharmacy Services, Inc. v. Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., et al., 138 Cal. App. 4th 1307 (2006)).

ARMOND MARCARIAN is licensed to practice law in the State of California. He is admitted before the California Supreme Court, the California Courts of Appeal, the United States District Court for all districts of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Federal Claims, Washington, D.C.
